Galvanizing protects steel

The steel is cooled in a quench tank to reduce its temperature and inhibit undesirable reactions of the newly formed coating with the atmosphere. Like other corrosion protection systems, galvanizing protects steel by acting as a barrier between steel and the atmosphere. Protective effect: completely rusted letter box mounted to a hot-dip galvanized wall. Enough connections with suppliers who have large stock(steel pipes, sheets etc.)

Hot rolled black or pickled (Rev.10 – 04.01.18) Services include sawing, stretch leveling, slitting, shearing, cut-to-length, laser cutting, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel burning, forming, shot blasting, stress relieving, Blanchard grinding, heat treating, and welding. Available in 36″, 48″, 60″ and 72″ pattern coil widths,012 to250 thicknesses,019 to036 gauges and commercial, LFQ, forming, deep drawing and structural steel materials. Carbon steel products manufacturer China.

Specifications of coils include 12 in. to 62 in. width, 30 in. to 84 in. OD, 20 in. to 24 in. ID & 0.015 in. to 0.135 in. thickness. Types of steel also include regular, minimum & zero spangled, chemically or non-chemically treated, aluminized, bonderized, cold rolled, galvalume & prepaint steel. Various applications include trucks & trailers, steel container manufacturing & welding, building & food service industries.

Cold rolled sheet, strip or plate coated with tin or chromium. Casting technology that takes liquid steel and casts it into solid strip in one step, thereby eliminating the need for a continuous slab caster and hot strip mill. Adding chromium to carbon steel makes it more rust and stain-resistant, and when nickel is added to chromium stainless steel it enhances its mechanical properties, for example its density, heat capacity and strength.

Stainless steels are distinguished from carbon steel by their chromium (ferritic steel) content and, in certain cases, nickel (austenitic steel). A by-product, containing inert materials from the ‘burden’ (the materials put into the blast furnace at the beginning of the steel making process), that is produced during the melting process. A semi-finished steel product obtained by rolling ingots on a rolling mill or processed through a continuous caster and cut into various lengths.

Steel products such as billet, blooms and slabs. Equipment that reduces and transforms the shape of semi-finished or intermediate steel products by passing the material through a gap between rolls that is smaller than the entering materials. A flat rolled product from slabs or ingots of greater thickness than sheet or strip.

The product that results from smelting iron ore with a high-carbon fuel such as coke. Minimills produce rods, bars, small structural shapes and flat rolled products. Used by the steel industry to remove impurities from the iron made in blast furnaces.

A growing number of integrated mills use the direct reduction process to produce sponge iron without coke ovens and blast furnaces. Traditionally, this process required coke ovens, blast furnaces, steelmaking furnaces and rolling mills. Galvanise is a pure zinc coating.

The two major flat steel product categories are thin, flat products (between 1mm and 10mm in thickness) and plates (between 10mm and 200mm thick and used for large welded pipes, ship building, construction, major works and boilers).
